 Meet Laura Ana Knecht
Broker of Record/Owner Originally from Philadelphia, Laura has been a resident of Hoboken for the last 7 years. Laura grew up in the world of real estate as she watched her Mother, a Philadelphia Real estate developer, buy and renovate run down buildings and land and make them into beautiful properties that people rented and bought. It was very early on, that Laura understood the value in Real Estate.
Laura graduated with a degree in Music Vocal Performance from Temple University and came to the area to pursue music. Instead of waiting tables, she decided to sell condos & rent apartments. She realized that Real Estate would be her career. She discovered the magic of Hoboken and fell in love with the town and all that it had to offer. The proximity to the city, the charm of Washington Street, the endless delicious restaurants and the beautiful parks and waterfront. She has been able to be a TOP Real Estate Broker & still perform from time to time at music events.
Laura has successfully helped countless sellers, buyers, renters, Investors, & Commercial clients attain their real estate goals in the area. She has consistently been a top producer, earning Circle of Excellence Awards every year since 2005 and has her CRS, ABR, e-Pro, CNHS, RCC, SFR, and is highly trained to do Commercial, Residential, and Investment properties.
Laura stresses importance on educating buyers and sellers on the process of buying & selling real estate. She guides buyers & sellers every step of the way to a smooth transaction. She recommends top professionals to guide her clients through to closing and makes sure her clients needs are always put FIRST.

Gregory Dell'Aquila
Sales Associate Gregory Dell'Aquila is a proud Hoboken resident. He is the President of JDA Group LLC in Hoboken, NJ. Current projects include the Hoboken Business Center and The Lexington apartment building which are both located in Hoboken. The Hoboken Business Center is an 80,000 sf industrial office building holding more than $10 million in leases. The Lexington is a state of the art apartment building located in a prime Hoboken location. Gregory is closely involved with Hoboken, being that his family has been in business in the city since the early 1980�s. Gregory is an active member of the Hoboken Rotary club where he holds the title of the youngest Rotary Club president in Hoboken history. He holds membership in the Hoboken Chamber of Commerce as well. Gregory has started a not for profit group called the Small Education for Children Foundation. This foundation has already hosted many successful events in Hoboken and its recognition is fast growing. Gregory attended Ithaca College where he studied Political Science.
Gregory specializes in commercial & residential leases and sales. He leaves no stone unturned for his clients and brings exceptional experience and expertise to the table.

Catalina Echeverry
Sales Associate Catalina was born, raised, and still resides in Hudson County. Catalina has thoroughly enjoyed living here and helping others move, flourish, and grow. Each day, she gains more appreciation for all that this area has to offer, the proximity of New York City, public transportation at your doorstep, and the diverse population that makes you feel right at home are some, but not all the benefits of living in Hudson County. Catalina graduated with a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Seton Hall University and is now very excited and focused on starting her career with Knecht Properties. Meet Lynette Collins
Office Administrator Lynette graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from Saint Peter’s College in 2001. In 2009 she began working in the fast paced world of Real Estate. She became versed in coordinating appointments for clients, managing transactions and marketing properties. Shortly after learning how the industry functions, an opportunity at Knecht Properties arises... Since then she has been working as an Office Administrator, giving the company her very best in all aspects. Lynette makes sure that everyone at the office is CONNECTED to everything they need, and that all of our clients are CONNECTED to the very best team in real estate. A Connecticut native, Lynette enjoys the outdoors, reading, and has a profound love of music. She lives in Union City with her children and her two younger sisters.

Here is a typical scenario illustrating the effects of buyer's remorse.
