Daisy is a Hoboken original. She has personally witnessed the gentrification of the area since her parents moved to Hoboken in 1973. She has fond memories with her family in this town and is very familiar with the entire area. She attended Hoboken High and upon graduation attended Rosemont College and finished her studies at Rutgers University. She began her Real Estate Career seven years ago and has taken her career to the next level by furthering her credentials as a Broker's Associate, which few agents in the industry obtain. Michael grew up in Bayonne, NJ and currently resides in Jersey City, NJ. Michael currently works for the Bayonne Police Department as a Police Officer since 1998. Michael has attended Middlesex County College and Jersey City University where he studied Criminal Justice and was a member of Track Cross Country team. Angelica is from Somerset County New Jersey and has been a proud resident of Downtown Jersey City for the last 6 years. She attended Arizona State University Barrett Honors college and has a B.A. In international Business and Spanish Language. In her free time, she likes going to Club KO kickboxing in Hoboken and Skiing. She also enjoys volunteering for annual fundraisers including the Revlon Walk for Women. Angelica has a love for animals and has two dogs of her own, Gabby and Bella.

Vibha is a North Jersey native with deep roots in Passaic, Bergen, Morris and Hudson Counties, currently residing in East Hanover. She is a ball of energy and has a magnetic personality to match. She attended undergrad at New Jersey Institute of Technology and obtained an MBA in Finance from Rutgers Business School. She holds multiple honor awards and accreditations through her academic and professional career. In addition to working as Senior Training Specialist for multiple industries, she has 5 years experience as a Title Officer. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her adorable baby boy Avery, who was born this past April. In addition, she is an active member of the Mom's Club of East Hanover that participates in community activities for kids and outreach projects within Morris County. Originally from Miami, FL Crystal currently is a resident of North Bergen. Chris is originally from Massachusetts, but fell in love with the energy of New York City after his first visit. Soon after moving to Manhattan, he discovered Hoboken's vibrant community and has been calling it home for the past 5 years. Chris graduated with both a BS in Accounting and an MBA from Ithaca College, but his education hasn't stopped there. As told by his favorite quote: "Education is a progressive discovery of our own ignorance", he believes that education is a lifelong process, and is passionate about continuing to learn about the world. Coming from a corporate background, Chris understands the value of professionalism and accountability. Iris was born and raise in the lovely township of Hillsborough, New Jersey. She attended Rutgers University, maintained Dean's List for four years, and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Business and Economics, as well as a minor in Chinese. Drive by a desire to explore the world and to meet and experience all types of people, she spent a summer abroad in Nanjing, China, and has traveled extensively across Europe. Through this experience, she has learned to be flexible and has gained the ability to adapt to different needs and personalities. After her travels, Iris realized she excelled in interacting and relating to all types of people, and thus, Iris began her career in health care, so she was able to work closely with patients and companies alike. Her passion and excitement, as well as her fresh approach to the real estate world, will make finding the perfect home for each client an enjoyable and fun process.

Gregory Dell'Aquila is a proud Hoboken resident. He is the President of JDA Group LLC in Hoboken, NJ. Current projects include the Hoboken Business Center and The Lexington apartment building which are both located in Hoboken. The Hoboken Business Center is an 80,000 sf. industrial office building holding more than $10 million in leases. The Lexington is a state of the art apartment building located in a prime Hoboken location. Gregory is closely involved with Hoboken, being that his family has been in business in the city since the early 1980s. Gregory is an active member of the Hoboken Rotary club where he holds the title of the youngest Rotary Club president in Hoboken history. He holds membership in the Hoboken Chamber of Commerce as well. Gregory has started a not for profit group called the Small Education for Children Foundation. This foundation has already hosted many successful events in Hoboken and its recognition is fast growing. Gregory attended Ithaca College where he studied Political Science.Gregory specializes in commercial & residential leases and sales. Katie graduated from Virginia Tech in 2010 with a degree in Public Relations. After living in Virginia for 23 years, she followed her dream of moving to the city. With the gorgeous views of New York City just across the Hudson River, Katie has found her new home in Hoboken. She joined the Knecht Properties team as the Office Administrator, combining her education and former office experience to provide superior service.
